At DC Shoes, we stand behind our gear and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your new skate shoes or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
